For the first time since 2012, the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Rose Court has expanded its eligibility to students outside of the Pasadena City College district, including those from Eagle Rock, El Sereno, and Highland Park.
Applications are open now. The court consists of seven young women ages 17 to 21 who are full-time residents and full-time students in the area. On Jan. 1, 2026, the court will ride down Colorado Boulevard in the 137th Rose Parade and attend the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the 112th Rose Bowl Game. Each Rose Court member also gets a $7,500 educational scholarship.
