On Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., EmpowerLA will host 100 young people between the ages of 14 and 17 from across Los Angeles at Los Angeles City Hall to participate in a one-day event focused on civic engagement, leadership development, and local government.

This year’s conference attendees will be selected through a random lottery – registration does not guarantee admission. Registration closes on Friday, April 24, 2026.
