The Eagle Rock Jr./Sr. High School PTSA is looking for volunteers to join two important committees: Grants & Scholarships and Hospitality.
Whether you enjoy making decisions that support students or helping create memorable events for our school community, there’s a place for you!
GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS COMMITTEE
We’re looking for committee members to work alongside our Grants & Scholarships Chair to review grant proposals and scholarship applications, and evaluate requests.
Committee Meeting Schedule:
- First Semester: November and December 2026
- Second Semester: February and April 2027

HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE
Help us celebrate and appreciate!
Our Hospitality Committee is looking for volunteers to work alongside our Hospitality Chair to help make PTSA events and appreciation activities a success.
Ways You Can Help:
- Support Teacher & Staff Appreciation: Help organize special activities to recognize our hardworking teachers and factulty.
- Request Donations: Connect with local businesses and community members for food, refreshments, supplies, and other contributions.
- Coordinate Food & Refreshments: Help collect donated items, organize food, and prepare refreshments for events.
- Decorate & Set Up: Help create welcoming spaces for school celebrations, appreciation events, and PTSA gatherings.
You don’t have to volunteer for every event! Whether you can help occasionally or take on a larger role, your time and talents are appreciated.
